How to return a product?

To raise a refund request, please follow the procedure below:

Airbeds that are not defective must be returned within 15 days and, if used, will only be exchanged for an airbed of equal or greater value Tools of outside use, such as lawn mowers or power washers, must be returned within 30 days with a receipt CDs, DVDs, and video game cartridges follow the 90-day return policy, but must be either defective or returned unopened for a refund or exchange


Product E-Store is the product of SGEYE INNOVATION GROUP. Due to the nature of digital distribution of active license codes, Productestore cannot offer refunds or

xchanges for products once delivered and activation/license key has been viewed. All licensing sales are final.

You may request a refund if you have not yet retrieved the activation/license key from our system. If you have already retrieved the activation/license key, NO REFUNDS will be granted. Please make sure the software works on your system before retrieving the activation/license key.

I am fully aware that I am not paying this amount to MICROSOFT, APPLE, HP, DELL, NORTON, MCAFEE, BITDEFENDER   etc. and I have all the information given by the SGEYE INNOVATION GROUP’s representatives about the software’s.


I authorize the above named business to charge the credit Debit card / E-check indicated in this authorization form according to the terms outlined above. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit Debit card / E-check and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit Debit card/ E-check company; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this form. I understand that because this is an electronic transaction, these funds may be withdrawn from my account as soon as the above noted transaction date. In the case of the payment being rejected for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) I understand that Product Estore A Product of SGEYE INNOVATION GROUP may, at its discretion attempt to process the charge again within 30 days, and I agree to an additional $45 charge for each attempt returned NSF, and $500 charge for each attempt charge back which will be initiated as a separate transaction from the authorized payment. I acknowledge that the origination of ACH and Credit debit card transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. I will contact to Product E Store Toll-free number if I will have any issue with transaction amount.


You are required to ensure us regarding the charge back / refund / disputes / stop payment to our customer support before initiating any move towards the bank payment done by you or else you would be fined a penalty of $500 USD + Legal fee by the company.
